- A full written quotation will be provided within 48 hours of our consultation.
- A time frame will be provided in which to complete the work desired. This will be decided upon your requirements as well as our availability.
- The consultation process will continue throughout the design process. Weekly (or daily, if required) updates will be given to you, as well as a specific URL for you to check any updates. This is to ensure that your requirements are being met and that our work is acceptable to you. This way you can also make suggestions and changes at any time.
- When your page is completed we will upload the final design to the server host of your site. If you need somewhere to place your new site online, then we will be very happy to arrange hosting for you. We are in a position to offer you very affordable hosting rates. Upon completion and uploading of the site to your server, you will have 15 days with which to review your site and make any final changes. You will then be provided with a copy of your site on disk.
- We can also arrange for registering of your required domain name through the Domain Name Suppliers in each country.
- We will also manually submit your site to all the major search engines and Indexes as part of our overall package. We also can assist you in registering your web site with various web rings to increase site traffic. Additionally, we can also arrange to carry out regular maintenance of your site, if you require it, so that the content remains fresh.
- Some of our clients do not have the time, nor the inclination to submit their sites to search engines on a routine basis. This service can be provided either in one of our monthly service packages OR via our hourly fee..
- Copyright to the finished assembled work of web pages produced by MaxxWebs are owned by MaxxWebs. Upon final payment for design services, the client is assigned rights to use as a website the design, graphics, and text contained in the finished assembled website. Source code, work-up files, and computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. If you wish to own the copyright privileges please discuss this with MaxxWebs prior to beginning work on your site. At that time a purchase price will be discussed.
- Before work officially begins on your site you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost. The balance of payment for your completed website will be payable in full before your site is uploaded to the server of your choice.
